Monarch Door Company LLC

This review is a bit overdue but wanted to take a moment to write this review. Monarch is amazing. They do outstanding work, have fair pricing and they are incredibly helpful and nice to work with (thanks Mike & Chad!). You will not get this personalized, outstanding customer service they offer at a big box store. Not only did they replace my garage door but did all of the carpentry work around the door - it looks fantastic and could not be happier!

We can not thankyou guys enough. The process was so easy from coming in and picking what we wanted to the assessment to the installation. Everyone of you put us at ease. Our Door came out beautifully. Bob did an amazing job!!!! THANK YOU AGAIN.

I finally had to replace our over 40 year old wooden double garage door. I ordered the door through Home Depot due to financing and military discount. I was able to design the door I wanted.Monarch door was assigned the job and they came out to check out the job and make the necessary corrections for my job.Once the door finally arrived it was easy to setup an appointment for the installation. The morning of installation Monarch was on time. The door went in without any complications and installers explained everything I needed to know. They cleaned up the job site and I couldn't ask for a more professional job.

We had an unbelievably horrible experience with another company and wish we just would have called Monarch first! After the other company came out to repair our 11’ H door and ended up damaging it even worse, Monarch came out and fixed everything within an hour! They were prompt, courteous and respectful of the property during the repair. The guys explained exactly how the reverse torsion door operates, gave us some maintenance tips and carefully detailed the repair process. After expecting a very exhaustive and stressful experience with this door, Monarch came out and showed us how easy it could have been - we will be sticking with Monarch for any future needs! Highly recommend!

Monarch supplied and installed my door for the supply price only of a major big box store. It was the exact same model. In essence I got the installation for free when compared to the big box store. Monarch's installer was curtious, and efficient with a final inspection of function and cleanup of loose debris. I highly recommend this company.
