Unexpectedly had to have our garage door repaired 2 months after moving into a new build.Chris from Henefeld did our repair and his thoroughness and attention to detail was the best I’ve ever seen. Chris even went above and beyond to fix all the “shortcuts” the first company took when they installed the original door.The door opens and closes smoother and more quietly than before and I don’t have 4 ft long joists for no reason anymore.Lyndsay was also great to work with and sent us our quote within 24 hours.Henefeld made us feel like people instead of numbers & I couldn’t be happier with their work.

We bought our 105-year old house 2.5 years ago, and the garage door was probably half as old as the house itself. We were really hoping to squeeze another few years out of it, but that was not to be, so as I was getting quotes from a few local companies, I definitely got good feelings from the two guys that came out to check out our space and measure things. They didn't give me a quote on-site, but I immediately told my husband after they left that, so long as they weren't astronomical, I wanted to go with them - I just had a gut feeling about it. Not only were they the LOWEST of the three quotes I got that week, but they had the EXACT model door that I wanted (the most-expensive vendor didn't even have that), but they also source from a regional manufacturer that's family-owned, AND they didn't mark-up the price of the garage door opener like another vendor did by almost an addition 50%! Plus, when I went in to sign the contract, the owner gave me a tour around the warehouse and spent her personal time to talk to me and reassure me of how things work with them and answer any of my questions that I still had. The door came in within a few weeks, and I was scheduled within another week. The installation was fast and professional - the guys that came were amazing problem-solvers, b/c I have a really small space (this house is a non-stop adventure), and I couldn't have been more impressed with them. This entire company the real deal, and I wouldn't want to do business with anyone else in the future. Don't look anywhere else until you've checked out Henefeld - you'll be glad you did.

Henefeld Garage Door people are outstanding. They came out the day we called and were professional and kind. Kudos to Bill and Sean for a job very well done. This company is the bee's knees.

Called Henefeld when our garage door stopped working. The receptionist in the office had an idea of exactly what was wrong and was able to get a repair scheduled for the next morning. The repair guys came out and replaced the spring in about 20 mins. 100% recommend.

Our garage door broke last week, had a repair tech out the next day to access the issues. We were scheduled and had the door repaired in less than a week. Great customer service and would 10/10 recommend to anyone!
