Hendershot Door Systems Inc

When your dog causes your foot to slip off the brake, sending your jeep into the garage door, you need these guys!!! Lol but seriously, they were great. They were able to get out here same day and had it fixed in under 30 minutes. There's literally no evidence of damage at all and the door is working good as new. The guy that came out was very friendly as well. Praying nothing does happen again lol but if it does, we will absolutely be calling them to come back out. That cute face got away with it too lmao

I had the pleasure of experiencing excellent customer service and outstanding technicians who repaired my garage door when several hinges broke from Hendershot Door Systems. In addition, the technicians fixed a previously botched job detailed below, by another company! Thank you!! Both technicians were awesome! Folks use local businesses!I had a similar incident this past winter when several hinges broke on my garage door.I called a 24 hr emergency repair service "Garage Door Repair 24/7" assuming it was a local business, however it was a call center who dispatches whoever was available. The technicians who arrived told me that I needed to replace all the rollers, springs, shaft, shaft brackets and hinges.Hinges were installed upside down, incorrect springs were used for the garage door and calibrated incorrectly, not to mention the repair was over 2,000.So lesson learned.

Quick turn around time and great service. I called Hendershot at 3:07 and their team arrived at 3:45 to replace a broken spring. Joel and Bob were fantastic, very efficient in getting the spring replaced and ensuring the calibration of the door was accurate.

We recently had an issue with one of the doors at our gym and called Hendershot Doors for help. They came out the very same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in no time. The quality of their work was excellent, and the entire process was professional and hassle-free.It's hard to find companies that are responsive, reliable, and take pride in their work, but Hendershot Doors exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of door repair or service. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Was looking to get my dad’s garage door repaired while we were visiting from out of state. We were on a bit of a time crunch, but when my husband called in the morning they fit us in and were to my dad’s house in under 2 hours! The guys were super professional (and personable!), talked us through what they needed to do/what they did and were in and out so fast! Extremely thankful for their help and highly recommend them!
