INTEGROUS FENCES & DECKS

this is a long review, but before you spend a ton of money, please read the whole thing.they started out very friendly, very attentive showed up when they said they were going to come did all the work efficiently.Then things started to go wrong. They hit an electrical conduit to the garage and knocked out power completely. They wouldn't take responsibility for it. I had to have my own electrician fix it. They didn't agree to pay for it, so I withheld that amount from the final payment.The condo would also cut off electricity to the pool, we had an algae overgrowth and it cost almost $1000 to clean it.They cut a wax cable going to the garage which knocked out Internet. That was another $700 I spent to repaired.There was a big dip in the patio next to one of the posts after they were done, so The screens weren't flush to the ground. They insisted it was like that. They finally sent somebody out to fix it. It took the guy less than an hour. But I still have to fight with them.After the job was completed, the first time it rained it Leak. Not a small leak. A lot of water. It took several phone calls emails etc. over the next 10 days to get them to come out and fix it. They insisted they install it properly.They fix that leak, but it was still leaking. They said it was condensation. It rained again and leaked a lot. Then they blamed it on one of our gutters. I was standing Under the pergola with one of their technicians, while another one was spraying water from a hose and the water was dripping right in front of us. And now they're insisting it's not their fault.We've spent $160,000 for a leaking pergola and they won't fix it. Every problem that has came up, their answer is it's not our fault we did everything right.

As always, Integrous is reliable and does excellent work. We have used this company several times and recommend it. Tyler and Brandon performed the fence repair, checked everything, and made sure to explain what they did. Great job.

Integrous did a wonderful job from estimate to post-install! Jon was very professional and patient during our planning process, and the two installers on-site were amazing as well. As customers, we were listened to, given feedback to steer our decisions and the finished product speaks for itself. The on-site team was professional, personable and cognizant of the close quarters and neighbors. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out. It's such a beautiful backdrop for our soon-to-be English garden. We would highly recommend Integrous and wished that we could give more stars!

The Integrous crew did a wonderful job installing a combo of cedar privacy and aluminum fencing in our back yard. From the sales staff to the installation crew everyone was friendly, professional, and communicated very well. They even managed to get our fencing installed about a month ahead of the original estimate which was fantastic. Probably the most excited about this is our dog Daisy who basically lives out there now. I highly recommend using Integrous for the quality of materials, workmanship, communication, and top to bottom professionalism.

Take the "less than 5 star" reviews you read on here with a grain of salt, no one company is perfect. However Integrous falls right by that perfect bar and I'm certain you will enjoy your experience with Integrous, we certainly have. From start to finish, everyone was very pleasant, knowledgeable and communication was outstanding. Very special thanks to Jon (our estimator), Sterling and Amanda (office personnel), Julio and Jessie (install team) and everyone behind the scenes to keep them running smoothly. Our fence is beautiful, well constructed and our Puppos feel safe and secure in their new space so thank you greatly!

I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend Integrous to anyone. Detail oriented, professional, and very clear with pricing and scheduling. The team was great starting with James' help working through several design/cost scenarios together. I was on the schedule a few weeks later, and the field team knocked it out - Gabe was the Crew Leader, the team members were Elias, Victor, and Sulivan. Great communicators, clean work, and I'm impressed with how they navigated installing a split rail fence through a stream bed and a bunch of trees.

Great experience! Jon Champagne was patient, provided great advice and stayed on top of our needs throughout the project. Glendon was responsive and thorough and worked with our timing requirements. And the crew of Sean, Judson, Philip, Johnny, Colbee and Chuck were fantastic. They were professional, prompt, kept a clean worksite, had excellent workmanship and were really easy to work with. Manny and team were awesome. The texted statuses , carefully removed then replaced 400 feet of fence. And worked cooperatively with another contractor on site. A pleasure to work with!!!!

Needed 2 split rail fence gates repaired due to age (10+ years) since fence installed - same company. Jonathan's communication on options and transparent pricing was great. Jud came out to do the repairs. We did walkaround with him to inspect all areas of fence and discuss best approach for repairs like if gate posts should be replaced and considerations like cost of spot repairs like this to get a few more years vs eventual full replacement. Jud was very friendly and professional and his attention to detail on the repairs was excellent. Great to have functioning and good looking gates again. When it's time for full replacement again, will not hesitate to call again. Highly recommend.

Me and my wife bought a new home and we were struggling to find the right company to build us a deck. We contacted integrous and met Andy. Andy was amazing from start to finish. Super great in the design process and worked with us to make sure the deck setup was perfect. I seriously cant speak highly enough of this man. Guy of integrity and patience for sure. Then the deck crew were SOOOO cool. Jose and Brett were absolute masters of their craft they built an amazing deck and walked us through the process. They were always on time and worked late and cleaned up the site everyday very well. Phillip was another member of the team that was super kind and respectful and was so communicative and made sure that everything was done to perfection. I swear if you are in need of a deck that will outlive you and will look stunning and a team who is truly men of integrity look no further then integrous! you wont regret that decision!

Wonderful experience. From top to bottom pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, excellent workmanship. Andy, the main contact, was always in touch, and very helpful. My neighbor recommended Integrous for a fence install - best decision ever! Jon came out twice to get the design exactly as we wanted. He kept in touch with us throughout the process making himself available for any questions. Chuck and Joey the install team were wonderful. They were on time every day and they worked hard to get things just right. Chuck ensured us that they were there to make us happy and he meant it. Manny and Joe joined the team at the end to finalize the job. They all did a great job. We love our fence!
