Professional and honest company. We had two overhead doors put on our warehouses. No issues, clean looking doors, one with windows to keep our employees happy. Pricing was up front and fair.

We can’t say enough about them. We originally called them out to get a quote to replacing one of our doors. Brian came out was measuring the door. He asked if he wanted to replace this door. I said yes, it has been giving us a bunch of problems. His reply “ not for nothing but there is nothing wrong with this door it in great shape”. He went on to show me all the wrong hinges and rollers that were on the door. We ended up getting a quote for the repair of the door bringing it up to snuff. His crew came out and we’re shocked on how bad the previous service company poor workmanship. By the time his crew left they did all the work we were quoted and more until they were satisfied the door was best that it could be. They did find one more big problem that they will be back to fix this issue as soon as the parts are in. A notice was put up at the station that under no circumstance’s are we to call our old overhead door company. Thank you for great costumer service and a better work ethic .

Terrible drivers run red light almost hit my vehicle thanks God that I am good driver.

Called for a simple door fix on commercial property. Hourly rate was estimated to be $279 for two technicians + (undefined) travel fees. This was agreed upon. The technicians showed up later than expected but were very polite and professional. The job was completed in less than an hour with no parts or diagnosis needed. Cable slipped off and was set back in place. When I received the bill I was charged over $800 for the repair. I called and asked if this was right. They told me the $279 was also the hourly rate for driving and since I was 1 hour away that was 2 hours in travel plus the one hour for technicians. This is a total scam and I will never be using this company again. Very poor business practices. In no way should travel expenses for driving be charged at the same hourly rate of 2 trained technicians servicing a door.

We recently had an issue with a driver backing into our overhead warehouse door (not the 1st time unfortunately) and we called Set Rite after hours to help us out. From the gentleman that handled the phone call, to the service techs that arrived timely and fixed the door...everyone was great & genuinely cared about getting our door fixed and secured for the night as quickly as possible. To top it all off, when I got the bill, I felt it was very reasonable for an emergency call of that nature. Thanks Set Rite.
