Our garage door spring broke this morning (a Saturday, of course) so we were very happy to find that JC Garage Doors was open and available to help us on short notice. They were here within about 90 minutes, springs were replaced, and we had a functioning garage door in record time and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend JC Garage Doors.

Great company and very professional. They did try to repair my antiquated opener but it was time to replace. The new unit is WiFi ready and is super quiet. He even programmed my truck to the opener and did the same for the other door. Very satisfied and highly recommend

Be sure to get a cost estimate before authorizing any work to be done. I stopped by the shop to inquire about having a new garage door opener installed since my current one seemed not to be operating properly. I was quoted a price for the installation of an entire new assembly that I considered reasonable and scheduled the work. When the crew of two showed up, they pointed out that my existing spring assembly was broken; that I didn't need a new door opener, which I considered good news. I gave authorization to make the repair. In less than an hour, the crew had replaced the springs with parts that it appeared to me I could have purchased retail for less than $60. The invoice I was handed when the work was completed consisted of single total amount, no itemization for labor or materials that would allow me to understand the amount I was being asked to pay. I was charged $415 for the work which I considered exorbitant.I was contacted by Dino, owner of the company after posting the above review. He wanted to confirm that the repaired door was functioning properly, which it is. He provided a more detailed breakdown of the cost of the service provided to help me understand the amount invoiced. It showed replacement springs used costing 4 times as much as what I'd seen online.

Our garage door failed Wednesday evening, would not close due to a broken spring. I called JC Garage doors the next morning at about 8:30 and talked with Tino, he told me they were on the way to another job and could come by between 11:30 and 12:00. They showed up promptly and assessed the problem, Tino gave me a very fair quote to fix the problem. I agreed and they had new springs installed and the door working better than it ever has within and hour. They did a nice clean professional job! I highly recommend them for any garage door issues! JC Garage Doors did an amazing job on my new garage door. They even surprised me with the automatic opener having a camera and other cool features. They were professional, knowledgeable and the cost was affordable. They kept area clean and removing old door and installation only took about 2 hours. I would use them for all my garage door needs and highly recommend them. I uploaded before and after pictures.
