I've been a Maintenance manager for 30+ years dealing with vendors on a daily basis. Today I called the service dept. at Vortex Doors and spoke with Adam. It was arguably the most professional conversation I've had with a service dept. in decades. If the technical skills match the professional conversation I had Vortex Doors will have a customer for life.

Steve came out the day of my call to work on a pair of commercial double doors that had been bugging me since install. he tweaked on them for a few hours and had them working properly, quietly and smoothly. Really glad i made the call to Vortex and Steve and got a serious pro at all things door. Ill be using them again for future maintenance and projects.

Justin was absolutely amazing. Our business had a broken door handle that he came to assess, ended up fixing it in under 10min. Even took it upon himself to fix the other loose handle. Needless to say, 100% recommend this company. They are fast, efficient, an so easy to work with. Thank you guys for all the help.

Called for a tech this morning, they made it out this afternoon. We had already had an opportunity to fix the problem (a rock was stuck in the mechanism) - the tech verified that the door was functioning properly and he didn't charge us for the service call. We really appreciate that & need some doors replaced soon: we'll be seeking a bid from them for that work.
