Highly recommend them for their good work, communication and responsiveness! Our garage door wouldn’t open one night at 11:30p with a car stuck inside. I left a message for them right then and they called me exactly at 8:00 when they opened the next day and were here before noon! They were able to do a temporary fix so we could open and close the door over the weekend. Parts came in fast and service was completed a day later. They are now our official garage door repair company!

The team from first phone call to full service replacement was all wonderful. Kind, courteous, helpful and efficient. We were given honest feedback on our situation multiple times before replacement. No one pressured us with our decision making. Their complete work has been great!

We recently had a new garage door installed by Brokentop Garage Doors, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.What initially stood out was the value. The price was very competitive, especially considering the quality of the door and all the features included. We ended up with a beautiful insulated door with upgraded hardware, windows, a quiet belt-drive opener, battery backup, keypad, and smart connectivity—all at a price that felt very fair for what we received.The customer service team was fantastic throughout the process. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. One thing I especially appreciated was their flexibility. I purchased the door while it was on sale, but because I wanted to have my house painted before installation, they were willing to store it in their warehouse for a couple of months until I was ready. That level of accommodation made the entire project much easier to coordinate.Our installer, Anthony, was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly knew his craft. The installation was completed correctly, up to code, and he took the time to walk me through the operation and features of the new system. He also hauled away all of the old materials, leaving the site clean and uncluttered.If I had one small critique, it's that the finishing touches could have been a little cleaner. After the installation, I noticed some greasy fingerprints on the white door panels and glass, so I spent a few minutes cleaning everything up myself. It wasn't a major issue, but it would have been nice to have the door wiped down before the project was wrapped up.That said, it was a minor blemish on an otherwise outstanding experience. The quality of the product, the flexibility of the team, and the overall customer service more than made up for it. I would absolutely recommend Brokentop Garage Doors to anyone in the Bend area looking for a new garage door or opener installation.5/5 stars.
