After purchasing 2 garage door openers from on track, they sent out their installer named Mrwan. He was terrific, did an impeccable job, set up our remote openers exactly how we wanted and walked us through the features of the products. We cannot say enough about his efficiency and professionalism. A 100% great experience all round at an excellent price.

I have installed 4 garage doors and every time I was impress with the work and service that was provided. Penny and Mike have gone over and beyond to ensure I was happy. Great Company Great Service and an amazing products. I have a few more projects that I would only entrust with On Track Door Systems. Thank you.

Worked with these guys for 4 years and many installs. All good and no problems until they couldn’t get doors last year.I had ordered a door back mid summer last year and they said 12 week delivery. I said at that time I would have to source other options then. Now they called me 7 months later to say my door is ready for install. What’s the address to install.The problem is the garage was finished 7 months ago. The promised delivery was 12 weeks… that delivery was supposed to be 4 months ago.No one called, gave any updates, crickets…Obviously I had to source a door somewhere else when I hear nothing. I can’t wait 7 months to be paid for a job. The real problem arose when they told me now my options are to pay for the door that’s 4 months late, and take it away…Or pay for the door and they would install for me later.The customer wouldn’t wait mid summer till early spring to have a door installed.I went with Steel Craft the rest of the season and had my doors in 2 weeks and had a trained independent installer at a much better price and great service and install quality.Done with OnTrack.The proper way to handle this after dropping the ball with a well know client would be to call and apologize for months of delays, and keep your traditional clients up to date on delivery status.6 more garages with 10 doors already on the schedule this spring. None will be going through OnTrack.There’s other options than OnTrack with comparable products,, professional service and better pricing.Shop around.They won’t be on my job sites and there is not another builder, that I deal with, on the Bruce Peninsula that will use them now.- unsatisfied contractor l/customer

Un-professional, Un-Reliable, Un-Finished.We purchased 3 brand new garage doors from this company. They took much longer to come in than originaly quoted. They did a poor job on installation. Came back to repair the issues 2 times so far, and there are still issues. To this day the job is still incomplete. Very poor communication further complicates resolving any issues. Would highly avoid this company and look for your garage door needs elsewhere.-Unsatisfied Customer

Recommended by friend who had their garage door replaced and loved it! They told me how impressed they were with the care and time that was taken to install the door and ensure it was working flawlessly. So I called and OnTrack came out to do an on-site measurement. They helped with going through the various products..and picking the design of the door.I had some additional questions and they came back out and took time to discuss my needs with me onsite. The door is now installed and it is great. The door and opener works great...so quite and opens smoothly. On Track did a great job and their service people were great to work with.
