We had an issue with our spring breaking on our garage door. Jeff was our Technician for replacement. He was punctual, efficient and cleaned up work area when finished. Had to get my parents garage door replaced. The price was fair and competitive. They took care of the installation and threw out all the old parts and cleaned up. They were very professional and helpful to my parents who are in their 80s.

Received same day service when the spring on our garage door broke. The technician was efficient and the garage door is operating smoothly and quietly. The only downfall is the 5 hour window for attendance and the fact that I received a 10 minute text letting me know he was on his way rather than the 1/2 hour phone call I was expecting. Overall very satisfied with the service.

It was comforting to know that they could get a service tech to the house the same day I called! I had a few doctor appointments that day and could not get my car out of the garage due to a broken spring. So same day service was critical for me.Once Cory (service tech) arrived, he assessed the situation and assured me he would have me up in running in no time. That he did, I was able to make my afternoon appointments thanks to the same day service and quick response by Cory.Thanks to everyone at DorCo for putting the customer first.

Called them at the end of the day and they were at my house the next day! Even though we had trouble with one door, they did maintenance on both doors. Nice and quiet again and working perfectly. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Spring broke on garage door and I couldn’t get it to open… either automatically or manually. Called DorCo and they came within the hour and fixed it quickly. Had all the parts needed and gave me a few pointers on maintenance to keep door operating smoothly. Very pleased with the service !!

Dor Co responded quickly to our broken door, helped recue our car trapped inside and resolved the issue at their first opportunity, which was a couple days later.
