This company provided an excellent garage door springs repair a couple of years ago and my garage door was working flawlessly since then.Recently I had the need to repair/replace the garage door and so they first came to my mind.The overall experience continues to be positive.The sales experience provided by the sales person, Louis , was outstanding --- attentive, detailed oriented and accommodating. The quotation as well as the order process was efficient and transparent.Installation of the garage door was performed by Ryan and the workmanship was excellent. He was friendly, organized and had great workflow.After the installation of the garage door, two issues came up. One of them was because my existing garage door opener was about time for replacement. This issue was quickly resolved by talking to Louis who managed to arrange another technician to install a new garage door opener the next day. The choice offered by them and the installation was excellent. It is noticeably quieter which makes me wonder why I didn't replace it earlier.The 2nd issue was about the bottom seal which was resolved to satisfaction by Louis.Highly recommended.

Very Happy with the product, the service we received and the price. The gentleman who installed the unit was very efficient and friendly. He helped me set up the programming and answered any questions i had. We are very satisfied and recommend this company highly.
