Client needed new garage doors prior to us putting their home on the market (old doors took too many hockey pucks over the years!). Kevin quickly provided an estimate that was very reasonable. The week scheduled for installation, there was a glitch in their supply chain. Kudos for them for quickly pivoting, finding similar doors from a different distributor, and getting them installed minutes before our photographer arrived. Seriously like a reality show panic. But they looked great and the house sold in a week. Happy ending for everyone. Thanks guys!

The quote provided to me was reasonable compared to other companies I had approached.Bonnie was the technician who arrived. He was a gentleman and gave me a heads up call just as I had requested of Theresa. He fixed the panel, helped get the garage motor up and running and also helped reset my password. This company provided an excellent garage door springs repair a couple of years ago and my garage door was working flawlessly since then.Recently I had the need to repair/replace the garage door and so they first came to my mind.The overall experience continues to be positive.The sales experience provided by the sales person, Louis , was outstanding --- attentive, detailed oriented and accommodating. The quotation as well as the order process was efficient and transparent.Installation of the garage door was performed by Ryan and the workmanship was excellent. He was friendly, organized and had great workflow.After the installation of the garage door, two issues came up. One of them was because my existing garage door opener was about time for replacement. This issue was quickly resolved by talking to Louis who managed to arrange another technician to install a new garage door opener the next day. The choice offered by them and the installation was excellent. It is noticeably quieter which makes me wonder why I didn't replace it earlier.The 2nd issue was about the bottom seal which was resolved to satisfaction by Louis.Highly recommended.

Very Happy with the product, the service we received and the price. The gentleman who installed the unit was very efficient and friendly. He helped me set up the programming and answered any questions i had. We are very satisfied and recommend this company highly.
