Something very strange happened when I called to have my garage door repaired….to my surprise someone answered the call. And it was a lady talking not a machine. Another surprise they said they would be out within the hour! And they arrived within the hour! Gee whiz! Amazing .. theTechnician had the broken spring fixed in only 2 hours..something unheard of this day and age! Also were very professional!

Garage door spring broke. Called a couple places and they were 3 and 4 days out.Garage Door Plus was there the next morning with a highly professional and knowledgeable tech and had me up and running within an hour.He actually noticed door was rubbing and adjusted the panels and tacked trim back up without asking!!Highly recommend!!

Called about every garage door place I could find. I think all must be out of business or don’t want the business. Most that would answer the phone was backed up so far they told me to find someone else. I found out about garage door plus through a friend who just had there’s repaired. I really didn’t know where else to turn. When I called they was very professional. I told them the problem and they showed up in about an hour. I couldn’t believe it same day service. Really had the want to and know how attitude Kenny and the guys there seemed to really know there stuff. They even triple checked there work before they left. Just to make sure everything worked great and I was satisfied as well. I am truly happy to find professional people in my area. I hope this review helps. If you have any issues with a garage door or even need a replacement or repair or even parts these guys have over 22 years in the business. They do residential and commercial. Spring broke after coming home from a work trip. Called first thing the next morning and a tech was out in a few hours. Temporarily blocked the spring together until they could get the proper replacement springs. The tech was super friendly and the job was done well and fast. Very happy customer

I have had several other companies in the area to work on my garage door but it always seemed to break again.I called Garage Door Plus and they were friendly and came out the very next day. My door is working better than ever. They found the problem and went over and beyond to check other possible future issues.The cost was extremely fair in fact I gave them a little extra to show my gratitude.
