Asked for a quote on a new front door and some windows. Dale came out to get the details for the quote. Few weeks went by with no quote. Messaged Dale reminding him of the quote, he assured me it was on the way. Month goes by, no quote. Remind Dale again, says he has been busy but will get me the quote. Never received a quote.. No mention of a decline to quote or not being interested in the job. Just ghosted...

Called about my garage door not working, Dale showed up the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem (broken springs). He was very knowledgeable and professional. We definitely do business with them again.

From the first call to the final installation it was a positive experience. The quote was prompt, and reasonable. Pricing compared to big box stores was a great value especially given the professionalism & knowledge of the entire staff. Communication throughout was great! Can’t say enough about the friendly installation crew. Those guys were great & by the way, they appreciate a hot cup of coffee as much as anyone. The quality of the product is on point & we can already see that Tritch Door’s workmanship is top notch. We love our new garage doors!!!! My overhead door spring broke, I called first thing in the morning. Dale came by shortly after talking to him to measure the spring. Maybe two hours later his guys showed up with the new spring. You can't get better service than that! Phenomenal company with great employees, I can't recommend these guys enough.
