I recently had my garage door replaced by A&E and the experience was fantastic. Travis, my sales rep, showed me all of the options and gave great advice. Shane, the installer, went the extra mile to make sure my garage door was perfectly installed. Love the new garage door (it’s so quiet). Will be using them in the future for my front door.

Two days ago AE Door at Eastgate scheduled an appointment to come to our home today at 1pm to get measurements for a storm door. It's after 2pm and we have not heard from them.

Ordered 2 new garage doors. Arrived when expected. Setup to be installed quickly. Employees were kind and efficient - everything looks EXCELLENT - you be the judge ;-) I will be using AE again in the future... THANK YOU!!!!

Just had our garage door fixed by Todd. This is the second time we've used this company and everything went great! Todd was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me all kinds of tips and advice for future possible issues. Everyone we've talked to has been so nice, and service is always scheduled very quickly - our door broke yesterday and it's fixed today!

Helpful finding parts and smooth honoring of a harware warranty

We received great service! They were super nice and quick to get out and fix an issue with our garage door.We originally started with another garage door company that was trying to push us to buying a $6,000 new door. They kept pressing us to make a decision and were very aggressive. THANKFULLY we decided to try a second option with AE Door and Window and they were able to fix our door in and out within in a half hour for a very reasonable price. I’m so glad we went with AE Door in the future.
