Great service! Our garage door cable snapped, and Mike from Profetta came out the same morning that I called. He fixed the door quickly, explained what the problem was, and charged a very reasonable fee. It was the first time I've used Profetta, but it won't be the last! Great company, great people, great service!

We have used Profetta for several years for new garage doors as well as service. Our most recent experience with Profetta prompted us to be sure to leave a 5 star review! We recently called for an emergency service call. They were out within hours to temporarily repair the door. The damage was repaired so well, it's hard to tell there is even any damage. They also quickly provided a fair price to permanently repair the damage. We've only had great experience with Profetta and are pleased to see such continued top notch service!

Mike was so professional and did an awesome job! He fixed our lower garage panel because he had the experience and knowledge to do it rather than just telling us to get a whole new door. He came out same day, fixed it in a couple of hours and saved us thousands of dollars! Couldn’t recommend him and this company enough!

Wonderful experience. I filled out the online service request, and was called first thing the next morning by Dana. He scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. Mike arrived with his son Henry assisting. They were done in no time. Everything repaired, and tuned up. Garage door has never worked better or quieter. What a rare service experience.
