I called United to check out my garage door because the door was malfunctioning. The repair technician came out the next day and explained to me what the issue was why the door would not close automatically.I then decided to replace the door.Marco the sales rep came out to give me an estimate for a new door. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me with my decision.I give them 5 stars and would surely recommend them.

Wonderful experience with this company. They had many quality door options to choose from, and the ability to customize to our liking. The installers were proficient and came on time (which is always a plus). Workers were courteous and ensured I was fully set up before leaving; helping me set up my code and remote wifi access to the door.

Arrived on time. Scheduler informed the installer of the issues and possible need for full replacement. The installer had all the correct parts on the truck that the scheduler and I had decided made sense if a replacement were to be necessary. A complete replacement was completed efficiently in just over an hour. Installation was neat and clean. Price was exactly what was agreed on the phone.
