Jose Escobar, the tech sent to do the job was on time and completed the job within 20 minutes. He double checked the mechanism on the repaired door and also the one on the second door and lubricated both. When I called, the customerservice representative had almost instantly all my information, including all the details about our garage doors. The technician, Jose, came to my home the next day, even ahead of the scheduled time. He quickly identified the problem and completed the repair in a very short time. He also reprogrammed my remote, which was not working. Jose was very pleasant and cordial. I strongly recommend this business.

I cannot recommend this company enough, I was in a pinch and needed a new larger garage door in a hurry, they had the beautiful new garage door ordered and when they came to install it was done in just a few hours. Extremely good with communication over a few calls and they kept me informed and updated while my door was being delivered. The workers who installed my door Ed and Robert were very efficient and nice, some adjustments had to be made to make sure the door would correctly fit and they quickly worked to resolve any issues. I could not be happier with my overall experience with this company, as a business owner myself with 3 young children I’m already pinched for time and have enough stress in my life but using this company for my garage door was totally stress free and the price was excellent and unmatched ! 10/10 recommended
