Easy Lift Door Company

Easy Lift Door Company installed the garage door opener system during construction of our home purchased in Feb 14, 2025. We moved into the home in May 15, 2025 (from Pennsylvania). April 16 of 2026 after only eleven months of operation, the garage door opener( a Liftmaster 81650) failed after opening only halfway. The door can only be operated manually. After checking that there is power at the outlet, it is apparent that the fault exists with either the motor or circuity. I spoke with the Easy Lift staff on April 20, 2026 and they would not offer free service since the home closure date was outside of twelve months even though we have only been using the opener for eleven months, (since May 2025). It is regrettable that the company is not willing to stand by the system they installed especially considering their website states they use "premium products, highest quality, built to last and designed for reliability". If I operated a business that made these claims, I would make a gesture of good faith and stand by the claims, products and workmanship and agree to make an exception considering less than one year of operation resulted in a failure. Therefore, I cannot offer a satisfactory rating for this company.

My garage door was jumping and skipping, scraping against the metal tracks and outer wall. Tony came out and fixed it in just a few minutes, explained to me what was wrong, and told me to give them a call if I ever need it looked at in the future! Great service.

Such a great company! Fast, knowledgeable, and cost effective. Would definitely recommend this company to others.
