PRECISION OVHD DOOR OF LAS

Technician Christopher Sanchez was awesome. He worked with me on payment and timeframes and built a fantastic garage door for my home. Precision is the best in the Valley. Highly recommend this company.

Rob was our service tech and was able to identify quickly what the issue was and we ended up having to do a Wayne Dalton conversion to fix our garage bay door. He was quick and efficient and the company really helped us out. We appreciate how quickly they came out to us and would definitely recommend them.

Dalton amazing neighbor he got me all sep up with PRECISION OVERHEAD DOOR OF LAS VEGAS, super knowledgeable he was able to explain with no problem everything about my new garage door making me feel comfortable about my new purchase with his company. By the way he is an amazing salesman Also I would love to thank ROBERT the technician who installed my garage door taking his time to making sure that everything was perfect. I highly recommend them great company to do business ️

It was late Friday afternoon but Precision was the only one of 3 I called that had a person after a couple of questions. The others had too many automated promptings before referring to a receptionist. We got an appointment that evening with text confirmation / update even a small bio on the technician.Tech Rob Falco was great! He was knowledgeable, professional but very personable! And no doubt working under such hot conditions couldn’t have been easy! He also understood my family’s situation so the repair cost was affordable. The motor replacement & new rollers made a huge difference! Thank you Rob & Precision! You’re the best!!

Great service. Same day appt. Booked around 330pm and tech showed up at 6 for repair. Installer Robert was awesome and patient. He explained all of our options in detail and the benefits of each. Once we picked the repair option he got straight to work and finished in about an hour. Amazing service and even better staff. Can't speak highly enough of this company.
