Customer service is non-existent. Currently the number listed in the profile is out of service. I've been trying to get a warranty issue handled for over 2 years. I guess they just want customers to move on and pay someone else to handle their failures.

I was able to get next day sevice for a complete hardware replace. They showed up when they said they would and were super professional. Hardware replacement was explained every step of the way leaving decisions to us. Prices were very reasonable and I highly recommend them.

I had this great idea that I could make a slight adjustment to the cable tension so the door would be level…yeah, that wasn’t a great idea after all. So I checked Google search for an overhead door company to fix what I had, uh…”fixed”. Overhead Door Co has an appropriate name for the desired service, so I gave them a call. They answered the phone promptly, listened to my predicament without laughing and sent a tech out very promptly. The tech fixed everything up, and it’s been perfect since! The charges were fair and reasonable, and we are super pleased with Overhead Door Co of Las Cruces, and as a real estate broker, I would not hesitate to recommend them to my clients.

I had my overhead garage door replaced by Francisco; he did an excellent job. His work ethic is beyond reproach as demonstrated through the removal of the old door, installation of the new one, all the way through cleanup and explaining the operation to me. He even helped spruce up my other doors when he saw they needed it. David, in the office, listened to our needs and helped us pick the best door for our needs. Overhead doors of LC is the place to go, hands down, for affordable, well made, door needs. Rest easy when you hire them.

I called to get my garage door repaired. Darlene was very friendly and courteous. She got me scheduled the same day. The technician showed up very friendly, very courteous and finished the job promptly. I recommend Overhead doors to anyone who needs their service.

Had issues with our shop door, found out Overhead door was open again (under new management) LOVE THEM! They were able to help with our shop door in a timely fashion; they were prompt with the service call as well. Technicians were polite and friendly. Will absolutely use them all the time now for our garage door needs.

Garage door trolley fails us on Sunday, online appointment made for Monday and a timely completed repair. Our tech Lorenzo quickly replaced and reset the mounting bracket bolts, then looked to the door stop sensor as the reason they sheared off in the first place. The door was banging the concrete and needed an adjustment up. In half an hour Lorenzo had us in good shape, lubed the critical areas and all with a smile and professionalism. We're very pleased with this iteration of Overhead Door in Las Cruces!

The technician That installed the garage door opener was knowledgeable, kind and know exactly what the problem was when he came to look at my garage door and garage door operator. He checked out my existing garage door and found that it was leaving metal shavings and probably needed to be replaced the job was quick and he was very professional.

One of the two springs on my garage door busted, which has a devastating effect on functionality . Lorenzo replaced the springs, balanced and lubed, same afternoon! So happy with the prompt, professional service!
