Durable Door

WOW! The garage door is fantastic! I asked Derek at Durable Door to help a client of mine In Chester, NJ as we remodel their home. He went above and beyond for our project and clients. Even stopping my our design office at Plumberry Design to borrow samples. It was a process as we were coordinating the garage materials to the pending new house colors and siding. Derek remained extremely patient and helpful to making sure our project was handled professionally and expeditiously. The impetus to the new garage door was a broken pulley which forced the client into a new door before the exterior of the house was finished. Derek was able to have the service team of Jose and Juan repair the old door while we waited for the new door to arrive! Jose and Juan returned weeks later to install the new door. They arrived on time, installed the door, removed all the debris and left the garage clean! They also took the time to help our homeowner program their cars and keypad. What wonderful experience to have genuine customer service and nice people! I'll certainly use this team again on our next project!

I’ve checked many companies before acquiring a replacement of garage door with Durable Door and definitely positive I’ve made a right choice. I’m the one who doesn’t just believe reviews but conformably making decisions. Very good and reliable company. Juan and Jose professional installers and definitely know what they do. Installed my new garage door very professionally, clean and nice. Durable door is very competitive on pricing and providing outstanding installation quality. Definitively recommend this company. You’ve got another happy customer.

I'd just like to say besides being courteous and professional. The company got back to me very quickly and efficiently. The technician Tyler came out to assess the severity of my garage door. He took the time and patience to explain everything. He was great, very knowledgeable.

Durable Doors did a first rate job on our garage door replacement and installation. Jose took the time to explain the details and nuances of my garage and unique challenges and came up with excellent solutions. Both he and Alejandro worked fervently to get the work done in one day - 3 doors and door openers - in difficult conditions with the cold and snow. We're totally pleased with the project and commend Durable Doors for a job well done!
