BRIDGEWATER OVERHEAD DOORS

I can’t say enough positive things about the quality of service and professionalism of the technician, Andres. He did an outstanding job installing our new garage door opener, springs, safety sensors, and rollers. He also took the time to configure both of our cars, help my wife and me set up the mobile app, and make sure everything was working perfectly before he left.Andres was knowledgeable, courteous, and an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. He made sure we were completely satisfied and answered every question we had. This was truly one of the best home repair service experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Andres and Hillsborough Garage Door (aka Door Works).

Andres did a great job replacing the springs in one of our garage doors, one that had broken and the other which was very close to breaking. My car was "trapped" in the garage after it broke so I appreciate that he was able to come out the same day and fix the door for us! He was friendly and knowledgeable and showed me how much the door had been used over the years - all that opening and closing caused a lot of wear and tear. It's working well and is nice and quiet now - thanks for the fast service!

We recently had our new garage doors installed by Door Works Residential, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Our technician, Mike Linko, was exceptional. He arrived on time, was courteous, professional, and clearly took pride in his work. He carefully installed both garage doors, made sure everything was properly aligned and operating smoothly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Before leaving, he thoroughly tested the doors, openers, and safety features to ensure everything was working perfectly. The workmanship was excellent, and the attention to detail really stood out. Mike treated our home with respect, kept the work area clean, and made sure we were completely satisfied before he left. From scheduling through installation, Door Works Residential provided outstanding customer service, and Mike’s professionalism made the experience even better.I highly recommend Door Works Residential and especially Mike Linko if you’re looking for quality garage door installation or service. Thank you for a job well done!

The tech came when he was supposed to…and texted me with updates thru the day (very much appreciated that I didn’t have to sit around all day!).When he came to repair my garage door, he came with the parts needed, and completed the job efficiently and quickly! He was also very courteous, and very neat and tidy. Would highly recommend.

I had a terrific experience with Bridgewater Overhead Doors (Door Works). When I first visited their office off the Somerville Circle, the staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. At my request, they quickly set me up with an at-home consultation on a day and time that was convenient for me. The consultation went great and I felt confident with the info provided so I could make an informed decision about purchasing the correct door and motor for my application. On installation day, the two technicians who came to my house were extremely friendly and answered all of my questions. They clearly have a lot of skill and expertise and did an excellent installation. Not only were these two gentlemen very friendly to me, they even treated my dog kindly and threw the ball for her in the backyard a few times which she loved. Don’t hesitate to hire these folks for your next project, they are awesome. -Mike
