FIMBEL SEACOAST GARAGE DOORS

We had a two week timeline for a custom job. Jason worked with us to deliver doors for painting in just 3 days. Installers showed as promised and listened to special requests and did 5 star work. Whole project was 12 days and included custom hi lift rails and wall mount openers. Awesome performance!

Wesley and Joseph from Fimbel Garage Doors did an outstanding job on our garage door openers installation. They showed up early (calling first to make sure it was ok to be early) and the installation was completed without any issues. They were friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend Fimbel for any of your garage door needs!

Phone support was responsive and outlined process. Technician arrived at appointed time, esplained next steps, made a temporary repair so we could get use the door until the part arrived. When they came back the new spring was installed quickly, everything explained. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Fantastic experience. Wesley came out, clearly walked me through the process, then showed me afterwards all the areas he addressed. He was timely and professional, as was the scheduling and customer service team.5 stars for this entire business.

They were professional from start to finish. I had reached out to them via Costco and they were very competitive in pricing. Our project manager, Jason, came out to assess the garage and make sure the new door would be compatible for a historic property. Not only was I getting a new door, but I had a separate contractor doing renovations to the garage structure. There were multiple complications on this enovation prior to getting the door installed. Fimbel waited over four months for our contractor to finish his portion of the garage structural work before coming out to do the install. The office staff and Jason were great to work with, even though I kept rescheduling multiple times. And the two service techs were easy going, pleasant and professional throughout the project work. Amazing job! Thank you!!
