I had an excellent experience with the Overhead Door Team! Their communication, pricing, and professionalism were top-notch. They installed my Chamberlain opener along with a brand-new, great-looking door with an impressive seal. Although there was a small issue with the install initially, they quickly followed up, fixed it, and took the time to explain what had happened.Special thanks to my installer, Tim, who was the epitome of professionalism—he resolved the issue promptly and without hesitation. I was shocked that they charged me for an individual springs when you can buy them as a pair for one price and they charged me for each individual spring over $100, never quoted me a price until the job was done and then hit me with over $500 bill

Our garage door was crooked and needed help! Chris Grabenschroer came over and not only fixed the garage door but also made sure that everything was lubed up and working properly. I appreciated his attention to detail and that he explained everything that he was doing.10 out of 10!

This company is awesome. We've contacted them a few times over the years to reset garage codes/units, provide door service, and general maintenance. Each time they are quick to respond and schedule appointments (the same day, usually!). The employees we have spoken with and those who have provided services are so kind and thorough. They have even saved us a service call here and there by troubleshooting over the phone. They are our only choice for our homes. Well done!

Great service and very knowledgeable! Super fast and affordable! Everything I could ask for! Thank you and would definitely recommend to anyone! Rocki is amazing and we have had him out a few times times over the course of 11 years. He was able to fix this again! The wire cable broke on the side of the garage and our garage door opener kept pulling it up even though the cable was broke. It shouldn't have done that. He adjusted the settings so it won't do that again. Shows me some maintenence things to do with it to make it last longer. Great guy! I will continue to call them out in the future and highly suggest them to anyone and everyone!
