Our new exterior front door is beautiful and very high-quality. The installation was excellent as well. The functionality of the door is 100% better than our old one. The door opens and closes so much easier, and there are no gaps between the frame and the door. Love it!In addition to the front door, we had installed several months ago, we just had a new garage door installed. The Omaha door & window sales rep was wonderful to work with and the ordering process easy. The installation was great -quick & cleaned up afterwards. The garage is now much better insulated and the exterior of the door complements the house. Thanks again for another great job!

We really like the new windows! Installation was pretty easy even with it being cold out it was never really cold in the house. The one thing I didnt see in the contract is they put a piece of quarter round all the way around the window and it is unfinished so you have to paint or stain it yourself. I am not happy about that but other than that the sales guys was nice, Dawn in installation was awesome and the guys that did the installation were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend Omaha Door and Window. It already seems warmer in our house but our old windows were about 26 years old.

Worked with Shawn S. for sales. Was fast and efficient with pricing exactly what garage I wanted. Would've liked a bit better follow-up with where door arrival timing was during the 10 week wait. I was anticipating 8 at the most. As for the install, Kelly M. and his team did a great job, and the end result was worth it. Would recommend.

Professionalism, customer service, price, and confidence in their products and workforce have been evident from initial contact with Omaha Door and Window. Every worker from start to finish has been engaging and literally a joy to work with. There was a slight bit of damage on one panel and a defect on one trim piece that they identified and pointed out to us, took the initiative to report it and ordered the replacement pieces. THAT’S a professional well-run business when your employees operate in that manner. Compared to two other companies I considered, ODW easily beat them in every category. They’ve won my business and recommendation for every future door and window project.
