Norms Door is fantastic. EVERYTIME we have had to contact them, they are Johnny on the spot. They always call when they are on their way. The technicians are all very nice and polite. The technicians always explain what needs to be done and gives you an estimate which has been correct EVERYTIME. I would highly recommend this company. I know I have used them several times over the years and will continue to use them.

I had new doors installed a couple months back. Installer damaged paint around the door trim, set doors too low to where I couldn't open my cabinets, doors did not close properly. They raised door so cabinets would open. They came back several times to adjust the doors. I'm still having intermittent closing problems on one door. I have to watch it to make sure it closes and doesn't reverse. I ended up repainting the trim myself. I called the person who came out to measure and order the doors to please come back out to address my concerns. He never returned my calls. On top of all of this, they charged my credit card for the balance due without my permission causing me to be over my card balance before all these things were worked out. I would not use them again.

I had a spring break on a cold Friday afternoon when I was sick and really needed help that day so I could get my car out. I received nearly immediate service from Wyatt who was on his way home for the weekend but took pity on me :). He could not have been more pleasant or helpful and went above and beyond by adjusting and lubricating the door so it was at least 50% quieter than it had been. I still smile every time I hear it! Very reasonable pricing too. I’m a customer for life!

Our spring broke on a 16 x 7-foot garage door. Norm's service authority Cody was excellent. We are between Blair and Herman Nebraska He was prompt on Friday but didn't have the correct spring with him. Scheduled the return for Monday after a temporary fix to the old spring so we could gingerly, operate the door. Returned on Monday, as he stated, and completed the repair flawlessly. I have used Norm's in the past and would recommend them to everyone. Terrific! Polite! Professional!

We are very pleased with Norm's Door Service. We purchased our garage door from them and they have provided great hints on maintaining this door in fine condition. They are prompt and very good. The associates know their business and are quick and thorough. If something else is found, they will fix it. Great company to work with.
