Shane was absolutely awesome! Request him if you can get the chance, he was in and out in under 15 minutes after I'd been Googling, Youtubing and on the phone with tech support for hours. I was even told that I was going to need a new control board for the opener, which was not the case, and his expertise saved me what could have been over $200! 100% recommend!

SMF did a great job on the original installation. There were manufacturing deficiencies on the door panels and SMF worked with the manufacturer and replaced them at no cost to me. I would highly recommend them. In addition. anytime I have contacted them, they have quickly responded back to us even though we are 140 miles away from their business. The only thing that went right before Christmas! Shane was very polite, quick, and knowledgeable. He was done in an hour and took away my old rail and garage door opener. The price was exactly what he had quoted too. I highly recommend!
