Excellent service!! I actually called for my company Echo Electric with a large overhead door issue. They came out same day hit a switch and got it working. We had others come out and they wanted over 10k to replace the motor that was fine. Pioneer will always get our business now.

A week ago I had a company who boasts same day garage door repair replace a spring on my door and rewind the cables. Well today a cable came loose and everything stopped.I called the other company and was subjected to the rudest service provider experience I think I’ve ever had. The OTHER company would not honor their work and insisted it was not their mistake before even asking about the problem or ensuring safety regarding the door’s condition.But enough about that other company. Just call Pioneer. Friendly and professional!

My parents in Firth had used them and had a great experience so even though there were other providers offering quicker service, I decided to go this route. Tech was on time and professional. I needed one more trip out for a small spring adjustment but end job was good and price quoted was price charged. The woman I spoke with on the phone was excellent and if she didn't have the answer, found the answer.

I thought I needed a part for my garage door. But after talking to Jessi, I just needed to fix one thing. She gave me a couple of screws to do it and told me to call her with any issues. I did fix it but will be calling them tomorrow to have them come service it simply because of this service. I will refer everyone to them because people are rarely this kind and helpful anymore. Highly recommend!
