Our tech was Dustin (amazing human) and he diagnosed the issue quickly (after we had to call other companies twice) and he informed us that it would be more financially sound to spend the extra 100$ (not much more to replace the motor for our garage door than piece it together). It took him a touch over an hour and I will never go anywhere else.

Absolutely love my new garage door and opener. The gentleman that did the install was so nice and patient and explained everything to me. I called 3 businesses when I wanted to purchase the garage door and the opener, by myself, without my husband all 3 said they would come do an estimate. Pioneer Door was the ONLY one who showed up.
