Extremely satisfied with the service I received. I called and they came out within 2 hours and setup my garage door opener. I purchased one from Lowe’s and even took it back and purchased the one through them instead to guarantee their warranty. They were knowledgeable and explained everything .Extremely polite and professional! Highly recommend!!!

I am so impressed with Precision Garage Doors! I have been completely satisfied from start to finish. Our initial visit from Camden to assess and diagnose our garage door opened our eyes to serious safety issues and he was visibly concerned for us! We opted for a new garage door and it was ordered and installed with such precision, they exceeded our expectations. Our technicians, Dustin and Matt, are outstanding not only as employees but as good hearted citizens. They are so knowledgeable and patient. We wholeheartedly recommend Precision Garage Doors!

After many years without service it was time to get a new garage door system. Camden and Mitchell came out from Precision door service. They were on time polite and very professional. They installed everything the same day and it works perfectly! Thank you all. From start to finish I couldn’t be more pleased!

I had my garage torsion springs replaced on 12/11/24. I called several places and had a good response from all of them. I had scheduled them all to come for an estimate on the same day but when I realized I would be paying diagnostic fees for all of them I cancelled them except for Precision Door. I was in a difficult position. I could not open my door at all. Cars were outside and it was a Friday. I was quoted the price, cringed, but had them proceed. The technician took less than an hour to do the job. It was obviously very easy and he did it well. When I discovered just what these springs would have cost had I ordered them on line ( and yes I compared the exact spring that was installed ) I felt strongly I had been over charged. I understand that a company needs to mark up the materials. I’m even okay with 100% mark up but when the mark up exceeds 250-275% that is just not right. I paid $992.82 for springs, lubrication of rollers and hinges, and an hour of labor. If you decide to go with this company be aware that you are going to pay well beyond what you should.

We had our garage door serviced today. Camden arrived early, which worked to our advantage. He acknowledged that he was early and asked if that worked out for us.Camden pointed out that our metal rollers could be upgraded to nylon, which would be quieter and last longer, for a nominal cost. I very much appreciated that information as the metal rollers were definitely noisy. Once he had installed the nylon rollers he demonstrated the final result and it was a marked improvement.Very happy with the service we received.

Wow, talk about impressive! Called this morning at 11 o’clock had a guy out here by 1 o’clock this afternoon to take a look at our garage door. If that’s not impressive enough, this guy was amazing, honest, friendly professional swift, and didn’t try to pull any fast ones by insisting we add on something that we didn’t need immediatelyCamden was a gem to work with and he knows his business like the back of his hand. I’m guessing he’s been doing this type of work for 15+ years.Precision, you’re so fortunate to have Camden on your staff, but I’m sure you know that. The best company ever to take care of your garage doors! Brandon Radloff was the service provider and he was absolutely excellent. He arrived during the timeframe designated, was very respectful and courteous, and explained the whole process. As soon as he walked into our garage, he knew what was wrong with the doors and what he needed to do to fix them.! He gave us two options in repairing the doors. He went above and beyond by explaining to us what had happened and what he was going to do and then showed us what to do to maintain the doors. He is probably one of the best service providers of any company I have ever met. We will be recommending Precision to anyone and everyone needing Garage Door repair or servicing. Just great all around. Called Monday at 7:30 am, got an appointment from noon-2, diagnosed my issue, provided a fair quote, replaced the springs, replaced the rollers, performed a maintenance, tested it out. Fixed the problem, improved its performance. Technician (Camden) was smart, efficient and kind. World class!!
