Paul did an excellent job in helping me choose and ordered the new replacement door and options that fit our needs. Jimi was outstanding to work with. He communicated his arrival time to coordinate with my schedule. Advised me on the course of action that I should take to make sure my needs were met. He was super proficient in the replacement of my old unit to the new one and was overall a pleasure to work with and an asset to your company.

Overhead was fantastic to work with — from the initial quote to the follow-ups to the meticulousness and speed of the installation. The door we had installed makes the house feel like new! And the sales team was extremely helpful and not at all pushy. Really great crew.

Austin was sent to do general maintenance on our garage door. He texted me when he would arrive and later updated me by text that it would be a bit later. He provided excellent customer service by being efficient with his time, explaining what he would do, provided some guidance on what I could do to maintain the door, and was able to test a new key pad to make sure it would work with my particular door before I purchased it. He was professional and courteous. Certainly would recommend Austin to come to your home for any work needed on your garage door!

Have used Overhead Door for both install and service of separate doors. When we replaced a door they were more prepared, during quote process, easier to work with and had better pricing. We were happy with the outcome.We recently had a spring break on a separate door which was installed prior to house purchase. Again, better pricing and easier to work with. Highly Recommend.
