Overhead Door Co New Bern Inc

Everybody at overhead doors is always so helpful. I don't use anybody else... i do a lot of remodels, and these guys are always there to take care of my garage issues. Whether it's just broken or a replacement doesn't matter? They're very helpful and always in a great mood. God bless you guys. Thanks so much for all your hard work.. Frank M

When I tell you this crew is top notch, I mean you won't find better! They installed two large doors at my home and have serviced and maintained them since. I had a warranty issue with one of my doors and the warranty work has been a breeze. They communicate well, show up quickly, and when something isn't covered under warranty the pricing is fair. 10/10 highly recommend!

My best friend’s father was the local Overhead Door Co. franchise owner a long time ago , which everybody used more than 50 years ago in upstate NY where I grew up. So I contacted OHD in New Bern. You’d be crazy to use anyone else. They were terrific. The estimator Dillon was super nice, very straight forward no pressure at all. I didn’t get the name of the mechanic who put in the system but he was also super nice,’arrived right on time and was highly experienced. He got the job done fast and done right. It was a great experience. And the price was right too! thank you!

Fabulous experience with Overhead Door Co! Polite receptionist, great communication leading up to service day, as well as diligent and professional! They wanted to make sure the job was done well. We were SO happy with the results and recommend them to everyone!

I accidently drove into our garage door and we called overhead door. Dillon came and was outstanding. We were expecting to be told we needed a new door and he actually fixed it after a lot of hammering and determination!! Definitely will continue to use them for future issues!
