I had a great experience with Precision Garage Doors. They came out and gave me a bid shortly after I called, and although it took a while for the door to come in - understandably - they were prompt to get me on the schedule for installation. They did an excellent job installing my garage door, and it looks great! I highly recommend them!

We had a last minute emergency with our garage door. Could get either cars out. Called and they were able to have someone come out that same day. The guy was very professional and got the job done fast!

I highly recommend this company for servicing any garage door and opener. Teddy Rush was my technician and he was amazing. He did an all point inspection on my door and opener, lubricated everything, made sure all screws were tightened, inspected the hinges and all of the other components and the very best part was he educated me on everything he was doing. He gave me tips and pointers about things to look out for, went over general safety with me, explained what each component does and answered all of my questions. I wasn't having any problems, I was only scheduled for general maintenance and an inspection to be done. Teddy was wonderful and treated me with kindness and respect and he was truly concerned that I understood exactly how my garage door opener operated and the parts of the door that I need to regularly maintain and inspect. The whole process was seamless and professional. I called about needing garage door repair after a previous attempt at another company ghosted me. Precision scheduled me right away, kept me informed about appointment details, and sent a pic of my technician. Patrick was my technician. He was very kind and professional. He explained the issues and needed fixes and helped me to upgrade garage door hardware/spring/pulley materials from the builders original install. I’m so impressed and truly thankful for the top notch repair and communication after the ghosting I experienced by another company. From start to finish everything was exceptional. They contacted us same day we requested a quote and were at the house within 48 hours. We ordered a custom insulated door, we were updated on the progress of the door. The installer was Dustin and was very personable and processional. Installation was quick and they went through everything with us. A go to company.

After waiting over a week for the installing company to schedule a repair on a garage door stuck in the open position, I called Precision and was shocked that they gave me a two-hour window (vs an all-day, 8-5 window) the very next morning. Communication and arrival time were both accommodating and clear. When the technician arrived and provided the estimate, I was shocked that the repair could be done right then and there versus the “We could probably get you on the schedule next week…” that I received from the installing company. The job was complete in under an hour, payment was simple, and while we did pay more with Precision, we value the exceptional service and communication, the prompt repair, and the peace of mind that comes from finally closing our garage door for the first time in a week!
