Called 31-W Greensboro for a quote on spray foam for a new garage building. Estimator was scheduled to arrive on a Tuesday morning but did not show. Rescheduled for that afternoon. He stated that I would get my estimate a couple of days later. Thursday, Friday, Monday - Nothing, no quote. I started calling on Monday and started getting excuses that spray-foam quotes had to be reviewed by management and that they were just too busy. Five calls and several texts later still nothing. A total waste of my time. Very unprofessional! Luckily there are smaller companies out there that do care and do an excellent job, just not 31-W.
