The crew did a beautiful job on my daughter's house. I retired from a 20 year career in insulation and other products, and I will tell you I know a good job when I see one. They laid a 10 mil poly ground cover on an existing crawlspace and tightened up the existing floor insulation. Maybe it doesn't seem like much, but when you are selling a house, it is extremely important to have a clean job and a proper installation. The manager also did a great job making sure they were scheduled on a short timeline and provided the proper materials. Everyone performed perfectly and I wholeheartedly recommend the Garner location to all Real Estate Agents, Contractors, and Homeowners. Thanks everyone!

31W Insulation receives a 0 on a 0-10 scale for overall satisfaction. In 2017 Contracted to insulate flooring,remove debris, and install moisture barrier underneath our home Which was vacant at the time in Dunn, N.C. 31W insulation was paid for job not completed. I did some investigation by questioning other workers on the job site. it was reported that 31W insulation crew was doing drugs and broke a waterline under the home which flooded the heating and air ducting and failed to report it assuming no one would ever check behind them. I inspected the work ,approximately 25% was poorly completed, leaving 75% incomplete. Contacted 31W Insulation Via email and received an immediate response, it was stated that the first crew was no longer employed with 31W insulation. The second crew spent approximately two days removing debris and installing insulation and a moisture barrier. Since I’m no expert just the homeowner, I’m Distraught because the wire hangers were not used to secure the insulation in the flooring joists, the insulation is just hanging in place, the boxes of hangers are still under the house. the moisture barrier is ill fitting and I’m still removing debris from underneath the moisture barrier and out of the corners as of July 8 2022. I find myself Securing the insulation with the wire hangers that was left under the house every chance I get, while trying to pin down moisture barrier as well. The evidence is too painful to look at. But will be provided upon your request.!

The staff wasn’t bad at all. Excellent people however they were unorganized and unprepared! (Tools, equipment, etc.) They have a training system that isn’t efficient and they pit you against your team members to make money on jobs. The system they have for payout isn’t fair at all. Further more people had complaints about errors with their checks! And upon leaving I had an error with mine. The top workers don’t want to split tickets and it’s understandable because we all have families. Very hard to make money here! I wish them the best!

Wow, where should I start? Better summarize it, or this review would be 2 pages long. Was well over charged by this company for the insulation of my renovation, and they refused to adjust the bill properly, after part of the job did not need to be done after all. I wrote an email complaining about their unethical ways, and they did not even care to respond, and charged my card based on their false calculation. Would not recommend to anyone, unless you don't care to be taken advantage of.

I am a General Contractor and I have worked with Tony and his crew for several projects. I can't say enough about his response time and professionalism in calling/emailing/scheduling me to keep my jobs moving toward completion. Thanks Tony!
