VORTEX INDUSTRIES

I am the owner of CityVet Uptown Charlotte, and this company was FANTASTIC. Starting with RJ, who came out and assessed what needed to be done, had a detailed estimate within 12 hours of his visit, then the onsite repair technician who was AMAZING. Competent, polite, knowledgeable, great communication style, thorough. Could not be happier with the service - highly recommend! Dr Shirley

Mr. Joseph Glunk came to fix my office window. He did his job and after that he makes sure everything was clean and looks beatiful. I work at KNN- 4724 Entrance Drive. Chalotte, NC. Very pleased with his service . Thank you Me Glunk. The window is so clean that looks like is nothing there.

Casey was great! He really helped with with my company’s door and making sure the right hardware was installed correctly. Thank you Casey!!!

We had a great experience with Vortex Doors. Our service technician, Robert, was punctual, professional, and thorough. He explained everything clearly, completed the work efficiently, and ensured everything was operating safely before he left. Excellent service and reliability — we appreciate having Vortex as one of our trusted vendors.

Great job!Vortex techs - Ralph Rendon and Raheem Harris were relentless and repaired our commercial entrance door. Had very few options and presented them and we proceeded. Very knowledgeable and will be our go to for any future issues.Well done guys!
