RCS GARAGE DOORS

The belt snapped on our garage door opener and I had seen recommendations for RCS on neighborhood facebook groups and gave them a call. They sent out Matt K within a couple of days who quickly identified the reason our belt snapped as being due to the wrong size springs installed on our door. He recommended new opener given the age of our existing one and changing the springs for the longevity of our door, giving us a few options and price points. He got us a fair price for the full kit and did the install right then, even though it was the end of the day. He was very personable and knowledgeable and made sure we were set up fully with the new opener, and even returned the next day to exchange the default wall control for a wireless one since our original button is behind the water heater and wasn't really accessible. He also showed us how to do maintenance and what type of lubricant to buy for the door itself since we're new homeowners and had no previous experience with this.Since the price was more than we were prepared to spend on the belt replacement, we were given the option to finance which allowed us to move forward. The flexibility to finance is a huge help for these unexpected repairs.I'm glad we went with RCS for our garage door service and will continue to rely on them for any services we need in the future. So glad to have them in the area!

This garage door company delivered us some beautiful doors, but also one of the best customer service experiences we had during our build. From the first interaction with the owners, to the knowledge and expertise of their office manager; they exemplified responsiveness, knowledge, and seemed genuinely invested in helping us not only make the right decisions but enjoy the process. The end product was impressive, but what really stood out to us was the pride they took in their work, from the first delivery of a catalog to the final installations, you can tell everyone involved in this company is proud of what they do; which ultimately renders a remarkable product. This part of our build process is something we will look back and smile on for years.Alan was such an amazing installer, he had such a kind soul and walked us through the entire install with programming, maintenance and so forth.Recommended by 100 stars ️

We are extremely impressed with the service we received from RCS Garage! We are thrilled with both our new lifestyle screen door and the repair of our garage door panel. While it took some time for the panel and screen to arrive, the team kept us informed every step of the way with regular updates, which we really appreciated. Their pricing was also very fair and competitive.Neal was our initial technician, and we thoroughly enjoyed our consultation with him. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Kevin, our installer, did an outstanding job with the installation and repair. His workmanship and attention to detail were excellent.Overall, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and well worth the wait. We highly recommend RCS Garage and would gladly use them again for any future garage door needs!

RCS Garage Doors is a phenomenal company. The beam holding the garage door system detached from the wall with the springs remaining at full tension. They sent a serviceman to fix the door in less than one day. Matt, who fixed the door, is awesome. His work is excellent. He explained the entire process, quickly fixed the door, and honestly, was simply enjoyable to talk with. I might have been able to do the work, but what took him 60 minutes would have taken me 6 or 8 hours (on a good day). I tend to try to do everything myself, but the garage door springs can be dangerous. I have to say, it was the best money I spent on a house repair this year. I highly recommend this company.

My garage door was originally installed with a Torquemaster system and failed due to an internal spring breaking. I called RCS and they were able to send Spencer over within a couple of hours. He was very knowledgeable, explaining the mechanics of my old system and how the replacement would be better. I got the new system and upgraded the rollers for nearly half the price of another quote I received and it only took about an hour. I highly recommend Spencer and RCS for all of your garage door needs!
