Scott was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently to install a new motor, wall switch, and keypad. He patiently helped me program the keypad as well as the remote button in my car. We are definitely enjoying the features of our new garage door !

Precision was about to get someone to my home the same morning as my garage door issue.Walker was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave clear options on repairs and explained the root cause of the issue.Overall was a good experience with Precision.

Called at 3:45 about my broken garage door and they had someone at my house within the hour! Walker was fantastic, super friendly, and his attention to detail made me very comfortable with his work. I’ve used Precision Door religiously for all garage door opener issues and always satisfied. My latest issue was the door wasn’t closing and the light was flashing on the unit. I called Precision and the agent said if the light was flashing, a technician needed to check it out so we scheduled a call. When the technician arrived he spent about 5 minutes to find that one of the sensors had been bumped and was no longer in line with the other sensor. He said when the light blinks like that it’s almost always a sensor issue. My question is why doesn’t the staff who take calls ask that simple question before they send someone out and charging a couple hundred bucks when it could be something this simple. At the very least, the technician could call in advance to see if it was a simple fix. I did not receive a voicemail from you as you indicated below

Had a problem with garage door and called Precision Overhead garage door service. I have used Then before on another garage opener repair and had a great experience. On the first repair, they sent out Walker Evans as a technician, and I was super impressed. Walker has a great personality and very willing to offer great detail to allow the customer to understand the repair. I was lucky enough to Have Walker Evans as my service tech on this repair.He arrived with that great attitude and personality and fix the door quickly He was accompanied by a trainee (Sam) who is very nice as well. Precision has the right idea by having Walker train the incoming staff. He is a great example of exceptional customer service.

Precision Garage Door and installer Tyler were fantastic to work with! Tyler took the time to explain everything very thoroughly and his workmanship was excellent. Definitely an employee you would want representing your business. Even though he was suppose to be attending an evening event with his family he took the time to answer every question, set up our in car garage opener and helped us with the MyQ app.

First and foremost Precision Garage Door (PGD) Technician Adam Trout was Outstanding! Adam arrived at the scheduled time and after a brief introduction, followed me into the garage. He informed me what the initial process would be and proceeded with his multiple point inspection. Upon completion he diagnosed the problem correctly as I also had the same expectation based on a similar situation 13 yrs ago at another home. He presented me with the options available and provided me with clear and sufficient information of which I shared with my spouse. His process was spot on and allowed us to come up with the best solution for us. His advice was genuine and his work process was on point! Had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. Our service technician, Walker Evans, was outstanding! He was honestly so cheerful and kind as well as courteous, professional, and thorough. He explained and demonstrated what all he had done and I couldn't be more pleased with the result.
