Woke up to a busted spring on my garage door. Started doing some research and needed the spring. I called and connected with Ryan.Ryan was helpful and professional, and ultimately came up with an idea and price point that would work for me.After weighing my options, I determined that it would be better to pay their tech, Cai, to do the installation safely and professionally.I suspect the future owners of this home will also appreciate the accuracy of the install and the warranty on their work.Cai was quick, professional, and obviously experienced doing a great job quickly. I went from having a busted garage door at 8 a.m. to having a functional garage door just after 11 a.m.That level of service is rare in my experience.From first call to clean up, I am happy with their service and the pricing.

I accidentally pulled wires out of my garage door sensor and was not able to fix them. I called the Garage Door Doctor and they were able to squeeze me in the next day. They used text messaging to communicate with me which was easy and convenient. They sent me one notification that the appointment had been scheduled with the time range (2 hour block). They also sent me one the next day when the technician was on the way that included his name and picture. That’s very helpful so you know who to expect upon arrival. Daniel was awesome. He showed me how to potentially fix it myself if I accidentally did it again and he also fully checked my door, making sure that everything was lubricated and checked to the condition of the moving parts. We also looked at my external garage door opener that I have never been able to use the entire time that I’ve lived here. He was able to help me determine that it was not operator error, but that the external panel did not work. I would highly recommend Garage Door Doctor. Their prices are reasonable. The technician was very friendly, and he arrived on time. Everyone that I spoke with was professional.
