Disappointed that the technician's report was not read by management. When my invoice came a door part was billed to me that was not used and the work order should have shown that the part was not needed. However, the bottom gasket of the door needed to be replaced and the technician indicated this on his work order. 2 different technicians were sent on a Monday after the office called on a prior Thursday but I had to tell them I was out of town and would not be back until the following Monday. Monday arrived and 2 technicians arrived unannounced with the part that was not required and without the part that was requested. It was obvious there was poor communication between the field personnel and the office. There seemed to be a loss of professionalism and attentiveness to details.

Very professional! Extremely courteous! I would definitely use them again if the need arises
