A1 GARAGE DOOR SERVICE

Ben was extremely courteous, professional and expedient. Got our door back on the track quickly and efficiently. Very nice young man. I will be requesting him for all of our garage door replacements and/or repairs in the future and will recommend him and A1 to our neighbors. Thanks again, Ben!

Wonderful experience! Benedict (technician) was professional, upfront with needs and pricing, and did a superb job! Garage door is like new! Very pleased!!

Brian was a FANTASTIC Garage door consultant. Very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. He also made recommendations and explained why he recommended the things he did. He was passionate about his work and thorough! We walked away with the thought of “money well spent” on our new garage door motor. He was helpful! We will be calling in the future if any garage maintenance needs arise. Great experience!

Isaak and Henry were great. They diagnosed the issue with my old system and gave me plenty of options for a replacement that will last. While I know other options exist that might be less expensive, I appreciate that A1 had all the stuff they needed to replace my system this afternoon and they stayed to help me set up my car remote and the app!

I had A1 come by for the tune up special but also had a couple of questions about issues I was experiencing. Jacob provided recommendations (no pressure at all). He was super knowledgeable and I am happy I took him up on the recommendations. Each issue was taken care of. It is important to note that this was all a same day request and service. I’m beyond happy. I definitely recommend A1 and Jacob is the best!

Nick was a delight to work with! Very prompt, knowledgeable, and took time to make sure we understood everything we needed. We even had him come back and replace a spring the following week. We would recommend A1 and Nick to anyone having garage door issues.

Zack and Roger were fantastic. They did a wonderful job gaining rapport and were not only very knowledgeable, but friendly and kind. Explained the options well …and even blew the leaves from the garage when they were finished! Highly recommend this company, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Damian wasA1 Amazing he called me and made sure I knew his eta. And I got a text with his picture and a small bio, this always makes me feel safe Knowing who is coming to my home. He has lots of charisma and made me feel very comfortable. I felt that his work was very fast For the weight of the garage door. He replaced the springs the bearings and reinforced my door. Thank you so much.

Damian was professional personable and knowledgeable. He identified the issues communicated a plan which we approved. He completed the job efficiently. He was especially a great help in getting our phones in sync with the new remotes. You have an excellent employee for sure.

The technician Zach was amazing. From the initial phone call he made to let me know he was on the way. Not only did he go over all my options is thorough detail. But he also worked hard to get me the best price possible while still resolving my issue. He even asked if I needed anything from the store as he was in route to my house! I am happy my garage was fixed, but I am even more pleased with the service I received from him. More people should be like this!
