Very poor warranty & follow-up. Took 3 months to get parts for a gate & then only after repeated calls. Loose hardware on a new installation & they suggested I was responsible. I had over 3 service calls & it's still not right.*I'm impressed with the rapid response. Please consider that when u installed my gate operator I had to direct the worker to install an earth ground or the remote control distance would be seriously shorten. I also shared with you where I designed & installed an antenna system that would reliably operate the gate 900' away. No one even said thanks. And finally, I remounted the garage door sensors where operating the doors would not affect their calibration & stop the doors from operating. All-in-all I suspect these installation challengers were beyond your resources, training & abilities. I could have helped.

Great company. Had an unexpected breakdown with our garage door, called Mid-South Door and they just so happened to be in town and fit us right in. The door was fixed and we were back in action that same day! Technician was thorough and did great work.

Great company. I called to get a new garage door installed and they took care of it all. New door looks great, works well and it’s so quite! Defiantly recommend them. The tech was knowledgeable and took the time needed to explain things when we asked questions. Very happy with our new door!
