Schaefer Door is a great company! They installed two new garage doors in my 1974 gut rehab in Town & Country last summer, and so when the big door started making noise as it opens/closes, I called. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and sent a tech out within days. Josh came right on time this morning and did a truly terrific job of lubricating the moving parts, teaching me how to do it twice a year in the future. Josh was friendly and knowledgeable and I’d highly recommend him and Schaefer Garage Door Company!!

Josh did a great job on identifying and relaying the problem and fix for our garage door. Schaefer Door had repair person on site within 3 hours of calling and the new opener was installed within 6 days.It was easy to set up the service call and installation date. Josh did an awesome job on installing the new garage door motor and making sure the openers and phone app worked properly!Great Service!!

Outstanding company - we planned to run errands yesterday around 10am - loaded up car and tried to open the garage door. Nope. We were trapped. Called the team over at Schaefer Door and she diagnosed the problem over the phone (broken spring) and said they could fit us in. They arrived about 1:30. They didn't stock our spring but given the info we supplied custom fabricated one. The team got to the work installed the new spring, inspected and lubed everything and got us going. Perfect job and exceptional service.
