Easy to get along with, great price! They are not the cheapest, they are not the most expensive either. They are great to work with and follow up with issues immediately. Jason the salesman actually knew about installation process, vs just selling the door.

My overhead door had jumped the track so I called for servicing. Jason corrected the bracing of the track and it works like it should—better than ever now. No more squeaks or squeals, grinding or popping. I was able to make my appointment immediately. Jason called ahead with ETA, was punctual, professional and courteous,

I opened my 26 year old garage door on Monday 6/8/26, and it made a horrible popping noise. One of the rollers was trying to pop out of its track. I disengaged it from the motor and open and closed it manually, and it still made the horrible popping noise. I called Overhead Door later that afternoon, and they scheduled me an appointment for the very next morning. Jason called, just a little past 8 a.m., to let me know he was on his way. Upon arriving, Jason listened to my concerns and observations. He quickly assessed the problem, and within a few minutes, my garage door was opening and closing as it should. It still made the clickity clack noise like a train going down the track. He suggested that I could replace them with new nylon rollers that have no bearings. It would only cost me a little more than what I would already be paying for the repair and adjustment he had already made. I gave him the go ahead and oh my goodness what a difference that made. It functions and sounds like new again. I’m very happy with all I’ve had contact with at the Overhead Door Company. They were all courteous, professional, timely and most importantly, got my problem fixed. I respect the fact that they offer discounts to military and senior citizens. My only regret is that I forgot to ask for it. I got so caught up visiting with Jason that I just forgot to ask for it.
