MARTIN DOOR

I’m going to give Martin Door two stars, one because their installers were very kind and did a great job!The other star is because we did hear from their VP of sales, Jack, who made a personal call because of the issues we were having.If not for these gentleman, it would be a zero!Our sales associate, Matt, was horrible!He deleted messages (or so it appears as I have them, and he does not)I wanted upgrades and only received one of three of them (because they had the jack shaft lift in stock)I was left to figure out the upgrades as they were not properly explained to me. (I should have asked more questions, I understand that now)Matt had me in tears after our phone call, and I just don’t think any good sales associate would be ok with that. Instead, it seems he deleted messages.If you plan on using Martin Door, I would recommend getting someone other than Matt as your sales associate.Included is the picture of the contract with my written changes, that he mysteriously doesn’t have and did not include in our service.

Last minute repairs with little time to execute to complete. We always recommend and rely on Martin Door Company Staff to help and guide us.The young lady encouraged us to bring a portion of lower door seal to ensure fitment if doing ourselves. Having 16 foot door in hurry, no. 1 Grandson helped me tie seal over cargo rails down to front and back to secure.Upon getting tour of Martin shop answering technician questions they supplied us with full up kit to install with tech tips.Thanks to all of Martin Door Staff helping us make this job simple while Grandson took nap.Rice Family

I had an interaction with two Martin door guys. The first, Shawn, was a salesperson, and the second, Matt, was the installer. Both were extremely thorough and professional. We are super happy with Martin Door and the installation they did on our new garage door.As a business owner myself, I really appreciate great customer service and people going the extra mile and doing a fantastic job. Ryan from Martin Door was fantastic! My east garage door had cables jump the pulleys and a bent hinge just before the 4th of July. Then, the night before he arrived, my west door did the same thing. Ryan showed up, quickly got both doors back in working order, carefully realigned everything, and adjusted the tracks so it wouldn't happen again. Turns out the builder hadn't properly aligned the tracks on our year-old house. Ryan was patient, thorough, and professional. The price for both repairs was very reasonable, especially for oversized doors—way cheaper than replacing them. Highly recommend!

Contracted with them at the end of December for new entry/storm doors. It'll be a couple months, great, fine. (little annoying the "remeasure tech" was HOURS late but whatever)Got a call mid February, doors are here, we'll be there 02/24 to install. Again, great, fine.They show up, on time, said they wanted to re-measure to make sure everything was to spec. Um, ok - why wouldn't it be? They ripped off all of my door trim/casing and sat in their trucks for *90 MINUTES* without a word.Came back: "we have a problem". The brickmold is a quarter inch off - the manufacturer (ProVia) has a software problem and even though we gave them the correct measurements... blah blah, whatever.So, wait two weeks to get the corrected brickmold. Fine, stuff happens. 03/05!Called them 03/06. Guess what? STILL WRONG! No apologies, no anything. Wait two more weeks, no biggie, this is the way stuff works.March 20 it is!NOPE! March 16 and get an email that the manufacturers internet is down. No idea what that has to do with anything... how many times can you fail a customer and just tell them to wait two more weeks?Anyway, now I'm scheduled for April! Of what year I have no idea. Pathetic.

The folks at Martin Door are super helpful! They have everything I need to keep my old wooden door in good working order. I replaced both end plate bearings earlier this year and just did the astragal across the bottom to keep out the critters now that it's cold. When the time comes for a new door, I'll be calling Martin.

My belt broke and thank goodness they had a replacement belt but when I tried to install it the length was short took it back and they put links in and it fit perfectly excellent people

The seal on the bottom of our garage door needed to be replaced. We called Martin Door and they sent a tech on 8/13 that replaced the seal with one that did not fit properly. After several uses we noticed some of the screws had popped out and it was scraping the garage opener keypad upon opening and had broken the cover of the keypad off. I called them back and they came out and the tech adjusted the rail so the seal could bypass the keypad, but it left a gap on the right hand side of the door. I’ve included pics where you see daylight coming in, and also pics of the damage from the door opening/closing. This is not quality work. We can’t possibly leave a gap like that on our door. I’ve put in another call to them and will provide an update if there is one.

We purchased a gorgeous storm door from Martin YEARS AGO! The latch finally broke due to dogs pushing against the door when an extreme danger arrived such as UPS, FedEx, etc. (lasted much longer than I thought it would) and everyone said I needed a new door. I contacted Martin Door and they found the exact door handle needed. Jim came to install it but went above and beyond to replace screws with longer ones to keep it extra secure. He did a FABULOUS job! He also tightened a handle on an Andersen sliding french door (above and beyond). Thank you Jim and Martin Door! I highly recommend them.
