Had a service tech come out and look at my Toyota lift. He ball parked me $ 400 to $ 500. Arrived at 9:30 left after 4 min to pick up part, then stopped to do a service repair at another customer shop. Arrived back at my warehouse around 2 install a seal kit and left at 3:39 ( according to the invoice log). So the part xost $ 675.00 and the labor was over $ 1,000.00. I requested a breakdown of his hours...never got it. 6 hrs minus another service call and i assume he stopped for lunch...adds up to maybe 4 hrs. $ 250 plus per hr seems extremely expensive.

We would highly recommend Riekes Equipment for your forklift repairs! Summary of our experience - BEWARE of the Field service - it lacks - tech does not know much. PROS - Talk with Jason Huth in service - the man knows his way around in it all and actually does it not a (big talk no walk). He really ought to have a pay raise in the company!! Officer staff is not the greatestMain reason for a 5 star is Jason's stellar service and commitment to getting the job done and in a reasonable price and time frame.Thank you!

I had Riekes come out to take a look at an old Tenant Power Sweeper for an estimate to service and evaluate it for an estimate of remaining useful life. They invoiced me $200 for the service call and are now telling me that I will need to pay them an additional $1,200 for them to bring it in prior to giving me the evaluation with no guaranty that it makes sense to repair it.
