Sent them an email on Thursday about a broken spring. They contacted me early on Friday and sent me cost information. They werent going to be able to come out until late afternoon...."maybe". So I explained that my wifes car was stuck in the garage and that she had to go to a Dr. appt that afternoon. They shuffled their schedule and had someone there by 11am. They fixed it quickly and she was able to make it to her appt. Thank you West Mich Door for bailing us out!

The installers were polite and professional and went above and beyond in making sure our new remotes and remote keypad were up and running before they left. Very awesome company. I started with a broken spring on my old door. I decided I wanted a new door. I contacted West Michigan Door and they were able to come out and temporary fix the spring on my old door while we were waiting for the new door to come in. They have a great selection of doors to chose from. Very easy to order what I wanted. I have to give them extra shout out for having to come out and fix the 2nd spring that broke. They installed the door right after it came in. Great company and very friendly staff. I would recommend them to anyone. 5 stars.

West Michigan Door ALWAYS comes through. We’ve used their service 3 times and they are always fast, efficient and easy. But this weekend, we were in a pinch. We were literally leaving for vacation and as we left, we noticed the garage door wasn’t shutting. After calling West Michigan Door, they sent someone out as soon as they could, knowing that our home wasn’t secure. They fixed the issue and sent us an invoice, which was $100 less than expected. Put your phone down and just call them- you will not be disappointed. Thank you West Michigan Door and the mechanic who fixed our door!
