Quality Door of Muskegon

In April 2025 I had another (well known) company come to install a new garage door opener. Today I had Quality Door come to replace the bottom seal of my door. While he was here I asked how much they would charge for the work done in 2025 by the other company. The price I was given was literally 1/2 of what Quality would charge.Today they did a good job in replacing the seal. It was a quick job, but very much needed. I will be calling them again for any garage door needs.

Excellent communication, response time and fair pricing. Quality installed our two doors when our house was built and was just out to fix a door our son backed into leaving the garage; second time he did that in a year:( They are very professional and I’d give more stars if I could!

This is the second time I had work done on my garage door by Quality Door. It's also the second time that the technician Connor with his assistant, forgive me I don't remember his name, put in a second glass panel. Both Connor and his assistant are a credit to your organization. Very likable, kind, and professional. I will continue to call Quality Door in the event I need any repair work or to put in a third glass panel. Thank you so much Connor snd your assistant and Quality Door.

Connor is the shiznit! I called Quality Door after hours and Connor called back within minutes. He was so helpful walking me through my garage door problem and gave me tips, to include connecting my door opener to an app that the company who installed it didn't even tell me about. He saved me money and if I have anymore problems with it, I have him on speed dial! Thanks, Connor!

The 2 gentleman that showed up to remove and replace my 3 garage doors were 100% professional. They were punctual and diligent. They cleaned up after themselves, and upon completion they went over everything that they did for me. I couldn't find a single flaw in their workmanship. I highly recommend this company.
