We recently used Overhead Door Company to fix our garage door. I called first thing in the morning when we realized our door wouldn’t open. The customer service individual I spoke with over the phone was very friendly and was able to get us scheduled immediately. The guys that came over were very professional and efficient. I am so thankful they came over so quickly, allowing me to get the car out and get to work. We will definitely be using this company for any future needs.

My experience was scheduling, to have my garage door opener replaced. My existing opener was installed in 1997, And I wanted to upgrade the unit with new remotes. The person I talk with was pleasant, and answered all of my warranty questions. But was not for sure how the labor works with the 10 year motor, 5 year chain warranty. She mentioned the warranty information will be with the installer. I sent pictures of my garage install to save a second trip, by technician.

My experience with Overhead Door was great - beginning to end. Quick to answer their phones, and I was able to talk to actual humans, not machines. Assessment and installation appointments were set up and carried out quickly too, and at my scheduling needs. They replaced my very old motor, made necessary adjustments, installed a keypad, and explained what I needed to know. All quick, efficient, and pleasant. All done between Thursday and the next Monday. I highly recommend Overhead Door to anyone needing repair or replacements. Excellent service at a reasonable cost.
