Dale was a very ethical and extremely talented tradesmen. The front desk stayed in contact with me and helped get my job done. I’m glad they contacted me again as I was very busy and might have forgotten with everything I had going on.

We received a quote on 10/10/24 to install two single garage door openers. We scheduled the service to be done on 10/16/24 but when the technician came out to do the work he found that the work could not be done within the hour that was allowed for him to to do the installation because we have low ceiling clearance. Yes, this was mentioned by myself to the first technician when he came out to give us a quote. He said it would not be an issue.The technician that came out to do the installation called the office to explain the situation and said that we should hear from the office sometime that day with the second quote. As of today, 10/23/24 we've yet to hear back from Overhead Door.I can't give a review on their service but I can give a review on their customer service....that would be 0.

Overhead Door had the best estimate from the other company. No pressure to buy. No hidden costs. No "I'll take this off for you" comments. Just a solid good doable estimate.The installer Dale, new what he was doing. Very professional. Very efficient. Wasn't here half an hour. Taking down old closer and installing new one. And giving me instructions.

They are amazing! After receiving an outrageous quote from a different place, I called Overhead and had an appointment within a few days. They replaced the door opener quickly and for a very reasonable price, even took the time to show me all the features of the new opener. Great customer service!

Well, our teenager had an accident with the garage door. We were in a panic because we were headed out of town and we called Overhead Door Company of Lansing. I am so glad we did because they squeezed us into their schedule. The office staff were extremely accommodating, friendly, and understood the urgency to fix the garage door. After Looking at the schedule and talking to her technicians, she called us back and said a technician would be out in a few hours. They sent Tyler. Tyler definitely deserves a raise! He fixed our door without charging us an arm and a leg. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, kind and extremely hard-working. He answered our questions and patiently showed us what he was doing to repair the door. His main concern was making sure our garage doors were working properly. He suggested items we could replace in the future, but definitely did not pressure us or make us feel like we had to purchase extra items. I would work with Overhead Door Company of Lansing over and over again. They are very lucky to have Tyler on their team! They were amazing to work with. Definitely a 5 star company!
